Specialized training doesn't stop at field players.  At Crease, we know the importance of goalies and we want to ensure these players are getting the same one-on-one attention and focus.  During our goalie sessions, we focus heavily on fundamentals like stance, footwork, and quickness. Positioning relative to the ball and the arc of the shot is also key. We tailor it to the player's current level too. We also will help with clearing and have a few tools here to help us with a goalies accuracy when it comes to clearing.  If you are looking to book a weekend session, feel free to use our online system and book an individual session.  If you are looking for week day training, please email us for available training dates.
